G-Wolves LYCAN 8K is a wireless gaming mouse in full-size design, developed for high-performance use with a focus on low latency, precise sensor response, and optimized ergonomics. Weighing approximately 28.8 grams, the LYCAN combines an ultra-lightweight chassis with a solid construction devoid of perforations. The mouse is equipped with support for up to 8000 Hz polling rate, enabling extremely fast reporting frequency and minimized input latency. This is complemented by G-Wolves SR Latch algorithm, designed to optimize click response and deliver one of the lowest click latencies on the market.
LYCAN uses specially developed G-Wolves switches (SPDT/SR-Latch) for improved durability and consistent activation. The repositioned sensor placement contributes to more direct control and increased precision during fast movements. From a design perspective, the mouse has a low button height (~7 mm from mouse pad), which allows for quicker click response and reduced finger lift. The deeper relief cuts in the main buttons (M1/M2) improve both grip and control during prolonged use.
