Returns, Fault Reports & Claims
Do you need to make a return or report a claim, transport damage, missing product, non-delivery, or the wrong item? You can easily manage all types of cases via our Returns Portal. There, we guide you step-by-step through the process so that you receive the right help quickly and smoothly.
To create your case, you only need your order number and the email address you used at the time of purchase. Once the case is registered, you will receive automatic updates and clear instructions sent directly to your email. Click here to open the Returns Portal.
