What information do we collect and why?Primarily, we collect your information in order to offer you products on our website and to be able to send you your orders. With this, we also have to save some information about your purchases for a number of years because of legal requirements. We use some of your information to market products that we think you are interested in.
Personal information and anti-SPAM policy
All personal information that you provide to MaxGaming (MaxFPS AB) is handled with the utmost respect. We need to save and use some of your personal data, such as name, email, address, telephone number, and national identification number.
The purpose of such usage is to be able to send the products that you order, inform you about your order status, send notifications of payment, and communicate with you as our customer. We also need to be able to communicate with our payment service provider about your order. We adhere to the integrity legislation in our treatment of all personal data. The legal grounds for using your personal data is the contractual relationship that you enter with MaxGaming (MaxFPS AB) with the terms of purchase. Your data will be saved in our client database, stored in EU/EES, during the time required for the official legal guarantee (three years).
The personal data that you have provided is shared with our partners involved in payment, warehouse stock, and shipping. We may also share your personal data with a third party, provided that we do so according to the law. We will never transfer your data to a country outside the EU. The personal data manager at MaxFPS AB is responsible for your data. You have the right to contact us if you want to access information about the data we have about you in order to request corrections, transfers, or to demand that we limit the usage. If you wish to make objections or request the deletion of your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the regulating Data Protection Authority.
MaxGaming (MaxFPS AB) does not take part in sending the so-called SPAM. As a customer, you may receive emails and SMS text messages regarding your order, delivery, or any communication that you have initiated, as well as information, newsletters, or offers concerning our customer relationship. Emails from a third party or concerning goods or services that are not directly related to our enterprise will not occur. In cases of automatic mailings, you the customer can easily unregister. Information about how to do this is always stated in the email or SMS. This can be done without you the customer having to log in or undertake similar actions.

Who we share your data with
We, at MaxGaming, mainly use our own technology to be able to provide and communicate our products to you. However, in a few instances, we will need to consult outside partners (for example, mail communications or different payment solutions), but in such cases, we make sure that they adhere to, at the very least, equally good data protection of your information as we do.
Shipping and logistics companies
When you purchase an item from us, we will then need to send it to you. For this purpose, we share your address information with certain other parties for you to be able to receive the goods in your mailbox. Of course, we make sure that these parties have at least equally good protection of your personal data as we do.
