A: We always try to update and refill our warehouse status and arrival dates as soon as we get information. However, if you are interested in a particular product and are still waiting for an arrival date on our website, you can email us at info@maxgaming.com. We will check the next arrival date for the specific item for you.
Q: How can I track my parcel?
A: You can use the tracking information in the e-mail message you receive when your order has been sent from our warehouse. If you have not received any information, please contact info@maxgaming.com with the complete order information, including your order ID.
Q: What kind of warranty does MaxGaming offer?
A: We offer a 1-2 years warranty depending on what type of product you have purchased from our manufacturers. If you are unsure of what warranty the item you have bought has, you can either read about it on the product's page or contact support@maxgaming.com for more information.
Q: My product is broken or defective. What do I do now?
A: Contact our support service at support@maxgaming.com with your order ID or receipt and write a short description of the problem. We will do our utmost to help you as soon as we can.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, provided the conditions are met. Unfortunately, if 30 days have expired since you made your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or return. To be able to return the product, it has to be in good enough condition to be sold as new. To finish your return, could you send us a receipt or proof of sale?
