Then check out our weight reduction modification for the Razer Viper V2 Pro wireless gaming mouse. This base plate replaces the original base on the V2 Pro. The stock base weighs in at 13.6 grams, and the new base is 3.6 grams for a weight reduction of 10.0 grams. In our testing this brought our mouse to just over 48 grams!Installation is fairly easy with a #1 phillips and T6 torx screwdriver. There are 6 screws to remove.
In the event that you want to remove the modification it is completely reversible. The old base can simply be reinstalled and the mouse is back to original.
