QBZ 75 HE - Black is a high-performance 75% keyboard built with a focus on acoustic control and extreme precision, framed in a robust outer shell of CNC-anodized metal with a brushed surface finish. The construction rests on a solid backplate that forms the base of the unit, while a polycarbonate (PC) positioning plate optimizes the typing feel by offering a more responsive experience than traditional metal plates. Between the bottom plate and the circuit board sits an extensive four-layer damping system – consisting of sandwich cotton, special film, switch pads, and bottom cotton – which effectively eliminates vibrations and creates a dampened, so-called "thocky" sound profile.

The keyboard uses Northern Axis switches and is technically optimized for minimal latency with an 8k polling rate and a response time of only 0.125 ms via the included cable. This speed is combined with total precision through Rapid Trigger technology, allowing for an adjustable actuation range between 0.01 mm and 3.4 mm. Through the Be Ying Xin driver, the user has full control over advanced features such as SOCD, RT (Rapid trigger), DKS, and macro editing, while the characteristic Fog keycaps are illuminated by a south-facing RGB system with 16.8 million colors for a smooth and distraction-free light display.
