Arctic F14 is a computer fan that is quiet and affordable. This chassis fan comes with a new motor and sine magnetization which creates only about 5% of the vibrations from the commutation of a normal DC motor without a filter. The rubber pads mounted in the corners also dampen residual vibrations caused by the higher revs. PST ensures that all your fans listen to a control signal. For example, you split the CPU cooler's PWM signal and ensure your case fans stop at low load and spin up when needed. The F14 PC fan is 120mm in diameter and can reach a full 1350 RPM.
