By placing an order, the customer approves MaxGaming's (MAXFPS AB) terms of purchase and accepts that there is a responsibility for payment with the purchase.The orders will be placed online via the website as we do not have a physical store. Customers under 18 must have permission from their legal guardian before the purchase is done. A minor who orders without their legal guardian's consent is not bound to the purchase but will be held financially responsible for MaxGaming's (MaxFPS AB) costs. The legal guardians have the ultimate responsibility for minors. Orders placed without consent in another person's name will be reported.
The prices in the web store and any eventual offers will be valid for as long as the items are in stock and until further notice. We reserve a disclaimer for any eventual errors or written mistakes. These purchase terms are applicable if they do not conflict with Swedish or any other adjacent law.
Cancellations
The customer has the right to cancel an order before it has been packed/shipped out by MaxGaming (MAXFPS AB). Once an order has been sent to be packaged after you have placed it, it is impossible to cancel it. Instead, you must return the order according to the return policy terms.If you contact us before the order has been sent out for packaging, we can cancel/change your order. Cancellations must be made via email to [email protected].
Price changes
We reserve the right to change prices without previous notification, for example, in the case of significant changes in exchange rates.Stocked products are always delivered at the confirmed price. If the price changes between the placement of the order and its delivery, the price at the time of order placement will be valid.
For products not in stock at the time of the order, the price confirmed at its placement will be valid, except if the manufacturer has adjusted the prices or in other specific circumstances.
Delivery
Confirmed orders of items in stock made before 3 p.m. are usually expedited the same day (weekdays). Larger orders may have a longer delivery time if Express delivery is not selected.Delays may occur during periods of increased workload, such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc. Shipping is not guaranteed to be delivered within a specific timeframe.
If we cannot deliver an item within 25 business days, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase and return their order in accordance with the Open Purchase policy.
For out-of-stock or pre-ordered items, we cannot guarantee a delivery date, as it is beyond our control. We will ship the order as soon as the products return in stock.
Shipping
Deliveries for private individuals will usually be done through Deutsche Post, DPD or DHL, depending on weight, size, and shipping method.The order will remain at the point of delivery for 14 days. Unclaimed shipments or deliveries with incorrect addresses will incur a service fee for shipping and administrative costs (may vary by country).
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and/or value-added tax (VAT) as determined by the destination country's authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay any customs, import fees, or VAT upon arrival in the destination country.
By placing an order with MaxGaming (MAXFPS AB), the customer explicitly agrees to bear these costs and acknowledges that failure to do so may result in additional handling fees, return shipping costs, or non-refundable charges.
If the customer refuses to pay such fees and the shipment is returned to MaxGaming, we will refund the product amount minus the following:
- Outbound and return shipping costs
- Any administrative fees incurred
- Any customs duties or taxes charged to us by the carrier
MaxGaming does not assume any liability for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by non-payment of import charges or customs clearance processes.
Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office for accurate information before ordering.
Unless otherwise specified, international orders are shipped under the Incoterm CPT (Carriage Paid To). This means that MaxGaming (MAXFPS AB) is responsible for freight to the designated destination. The customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and all other customs-related charges. If the customer refuses to receive the shipment, any resulting return freight, customs fees, and handling charges will be billed to the customer or deducted from the final refund.
Transportation damages
Please always inspect your delivery upon receipt. Unpack and check the items to ensure there is no visible damage. If the goods have been damaged during transportation (physical damage), the customer should immediately contact the selected logistics partner and file a complaint.Once that is done, contact MaxGaming at [email protected] and include your order ID and tracking number.
Support
If you experience an issue with a product not functioning properly, our support team is available at [email protected]. Please include your order ID and a description of the issue. We aim to assist promptly and resolve all issues efficiently.Complaints
If you encounter problems with your item, an error report must first be submitted explaining the specific issue.Email your report to [email protected], being as detailed as possible.
Please note that the following are not approved as valid complaints:
- Returns without a fault
- Faults caused by misuse
- Insufficient error descriptions
- Missing or inadequate packaging
- Returns not approved by MaxGaming (MAXFPS AB)
If the returned item is not authorised, it will either be returned to the sender or held for further action. The customer is responsible for the product until it has been received by MaxGaming.
Returns
For all returns (warranty, open purchase, complaints, exchanges), customers must first contact our customer service at [email protected] to receive instructions and register the case.Items sent to MaxGaming without prior approval will not be accepted.
Prepaid return labels are not available for customers outside the EU.
30-days Open Purchase
We offer a 30-day Open Purchase period for private customers. During this period, you may examine the product to ensure it matches the description and your expectations.Conditions:
- The product must be unaltered.
- Not valid for hygiene items (e.g., in-ear headphones).
- Not valid for custom or built-to-order products (e.g., desktop computers).
- Sealed software must remain unopened.
- All accessories and original packaging must be included.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Refunds are processed within 1–2 weeks of receiving the return. MaxGaming reserves the right to make a deduction for depreciation but will not do so if the product is returned in substantially unchanged condition.
Open Purchase does not apply to businesses.
Warranty
Each product follows the manufacturer's warranty. MaxGaming provides a minimum one-year warranty.If the manufacturer offers a longer warranty, customers may contact them directly.
Warranties apply within Sweden. If a warranty requires shipment abroad, MaxGaming can assist with sending the item if applicable.
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by misuse
- Wear and tear
- Accidental damage
Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects.
MaxGaming may repair, replace, or provide spare parts. If none of these options are available, store credit may be offered. Refunds (when applicable) will be issued within 60 days of receiving the item.
